Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs until thickened and pale. Stir in oil. Sift together flour, soda baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in egg mixture. Fold in carrots and nuts. Spoon batter into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 - 40 minutes. Cool.
