Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. beef cubes
    6 carrots
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    4 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix raw.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
