Taffy Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 to 2 c. dry roasted peanuts
apples

Preparation

Combine with mixer the softened cream cheese, vanilla and brown sugar.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, stir in peanuts. Serve with apple slices.
