Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Criso
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 c. milk (room temperature)
    3 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    5 eggs, one at a time (room temperature)
Preparation
    Cream together the butter, sugar and Crisco.
    Set aside.
    Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, lemon flavoring and eggs, one at a time.
    In a large bowl, combine creamed and flour mixtures.
    Pour in greased and floured Bundt cake pan.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
    Do not open oven door while cooking.
