Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. green and light pink tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 dollop butter (size of walnut)
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 to 5 level Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all together in a pan.
    Cook on top of stove until comes to a good boil.
    Put in unbaked double crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
