Hospitality Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. sliced almonds
    3/4 stick butter
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 can condensed milk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 jar caramel ice cream topping
    3 (small size) graham cracker pie crusts
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    Peach Topping, Turkey-Vegetable Topping or Chili Topping
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine eggs, milk and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Bake in a preheated, oiled waffle iron.
    Serve hot with desired topping.
    Yield:
    3 (8-inch) waffles.
