Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    3 1/4 c. diced American cheese (1 lb. Kraft slices)
Preparation
    Melt butter in double boiler.
    Add flour, stirring continuously.
    Stir in milk, a little at a time.
    Add salt, pepper, dry mustard and garlic salt.
    Stir until blended.
    Add cheese to sauce and stir until melted.
    Mix with 1 pound cooked elbow macaroni and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) until it bubbles and is lightly browned along the edges.
