Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. meal
1 c. milk
1 c. creamed corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 lb. ground meat, cooked and drained
1 Tbsp. hot peppers
1 garlic, chopped
Preparation
-
Pour 1/2 batter into warm greased skillet.
Spread rest of ingredients
over this and add remaining batter.
Bake for 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
