Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef or deer
    1/4 c. Morton Tender Quick salt
    3 to 5 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 to 5 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 to 5 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
    2 to 5 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix in glass or plastic container; cover and put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Shape into 4 rolls and bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours, then turn them over and bake for 2 more hours.
    Bake on a broiler pan.
