Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
    7 rolled Ritz crackers (or saltines)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. honey
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat egg; add corn, milk, honey and salt and pepper.
    Add all but a small amount of cracker crumbs and blend well.
    Place in a well-buttered casserole (approximately 6 x 10-inches) and top with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Yields approximately 6 servings.
