Georgia Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. dark corn syrup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecan halves or pieces
    1 unbaked pie shell
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine eggs and corn syrup; mix well.
    Add sugar; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in salt and vanilla.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Spread pecans on bottom of pie shell.
    Stir melted margarine into syrup mixture, then pour over pecans.
    Be sure all pecans rise to the top.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 375\u00b0. or until center is firm.
