Italian Pasta Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. linguine
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 or 4 zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook linguine as directed on package. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add garlic, zucchini and onions. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes, parsley and seasonings. Heat 2 more minutes; remove. Stir in cooked linguine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
