Pineapple Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice, cooked
    salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add to cooked rice and stir in salt, sugar, milk and pineapple.
    Mix.
    Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
