Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. margarine, divided
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crushed cornflakes or stuffing
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes and combine with 1/4 cup margarine and next 6 ingredients.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Top with cornflakes or stuffing and drizzle 1/2 cup melted margarine over the top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
