Greek Style Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage head
    water to cover
    1 tsp. salt
    cruet of olive oil
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Cut head of cabbage
    in
    6 sections.
    Cover with water; bring to boil, then
    simmer
    for\t40
    minutes.
    Place
    cooked cabbage on platter.
    Pour
    olive
    oil over cabbage and arrange lemon wedges around the cabbage.
    Serve as a side dish or as a vegetable.
