Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread, split
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 onion, chopped
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 box chopped spinach (frozen)
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in butter; add Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese until melted.
    Add 1 box of boiled, chopped spinach to cheese mixture.
    Quickly spread on French bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
