K C'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 1/2 c. cold, diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. white seedless grapes
    1/2 c. almond slivers
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve the Knox gelatine in water and then melt over boiling water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together.
    Place in oblong Pyrex dish and chill until firm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
