Venison Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork
12 lb. venison (choice meats without cords)
3 heaping Tbsp. Tender Quick
1/2 c. smoke salt
3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
Preparation

Grind together pork and venison.
Add Tender Quick, smoke salt, pepper, liquid smoke and mustard seed.
