Southern Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 small onion, grated
1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine cabbage, carrot, onion and salad oil.
Toss until cabbage is coated.
Chill.
Mix remaining ingredients; combine with cabbage mixture.
Serve cold.
Yield: 6 servings.
