Celery Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
4 c. chopped celery
1 small jar pimento
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook celery 5 minutes in small amount of water; drain.
Add soup, undrained pimento and drained water chestnuts.
Pour into buttered casserole.
May top with buttered bread or cracker crumbs.
Saute slivered almonds and add on top just before serving.
Serves 4 to 5.
