Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn, drained
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    3/4 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. French-style green beans, drained
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
    Ritz crackers
    1/2 carton sour cream (4 oz.)
    slivered almonds or water chestnuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except Ritz crackers and margarine) and place in casserole dish.
    Crush crackers and add melted margarine.
    Pour over ingredients in casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
