Double Crust Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ripe fresh blueberries
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour or 3 Tbsp. RIS cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
    Put in microwave oven on High for about 5 to 6 minutes until hot and changes color. Stir well and mix the vanilla, cinnamon and butter.
    Mix all together and pour into a 9 or 10-inch pie plate with unbaked pie crust.
    Cover with other crust.
    Cut holes in top crust for steam to escape.
    Seal edges good or it will leak out.
    Cook in a 375\u00b0 oven until done or golden brown. Cook 45 to 50 minutes depending on oven. Serve warm with ice cream (optional).
