Lemon Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can pineapple, drained
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon-lime gelatin
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice (use reserved juice and add enough water to make 1 c.)
1/2 to 1 c. crushed pecans
Preparation

Dissolve lemon gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Add cream cheese and mix with electric beater until cheese is completely dissolved.
Add crushed pineapple and blend well.
Pour into mold or square pan and let set.
Dissolve lemon-lime in 1 cup boiling water.
Add marshmallows and juice and mix with mixer until marshmallows are dissolved.
Add pecans and pour over mixture. Place in refrigerator until set.
