Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed firmly
    1 c. butter or stick of margarine
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place brown sugar and butter in large mixing bowl, beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and lemon rind, beat until well mixed. Mixture should be crumbly. Pat crust into pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
