Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (29 oz.) cans hominy, drained (or 4 regular cans)
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine ingredients and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Or cook in a crock-pot for a couple of hours.
