Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef or pork stew meat
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    3 chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/8 c. chili powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook in covered crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours.
    With wire whisk or fork, stir until shredded.
    Stir occasionally while cooking.
