Meg'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Melt and stir cheeses.
    Add onion and sauces.
    Chill until you can mold into a ball.
    Mold into a ball and roll into nuts, parsley flakes or celery flakes.
