Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
8 oz. light Cool Whip
Preparation

In saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
Add milk.
Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add almond extract and cool.
Just before serving, stir in Cool Whip.
