Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
3/8 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine the yeast, water, salt and sugar.
Stir in the flour a little at a time until the dough is stiff enough to knead.
Knead dough until it becomes soft, about 5 minutes.
Cover cookie sheet with foil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour.
Shape pretzels and place on prepared cookie sheet.
Brush with mixture of 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown (about 15 to 20 minutes).
