Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken fingers
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    milk
    peanut oil
Preparation
    With milk, mix all ingredients to a pancake batter texture. Dip chicken in batter and deep fry in oil, turning until golden brown.
