24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    10 oz. fresh spinach
    4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
    1 c. sliced celery or 1 head fresh cauliflower
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 lb. bacon, crisp and broken
    4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise with 4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Layer as listed.
    Spread mayonnaise mixture over top.
    On top, put shredded cheese (I use Cheddar). Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
