Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. 97% fat free Louis Rich ground turkey
    2 egg whites
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 piece diet bread, soaked in a little nonfat milk
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
