Super Lasagna(Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. tomato sauce (with mushrooms)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 egg
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna according to package directions. Drain. Brown beef in large skillet in oil with onions and garlic. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oregano, bay leaf, basil, parsley, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer for 1 hour.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg and remaining salt and pepper. Grate Mozzarella cheese.
    Arrange layers of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, beef mixture and cheese in a 13 x 9-inch pan, ending with Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8.
