Beef Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dried beef
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 to 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Beau Monde (found in spice isle)
    1 1/2 tsp. dill
    2 loaves Italian bread
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except bread.
    Make night before and refrigerate.
    Use 2 loaves Italian bread; curve out one for boat and cut up rest of bread into cubes for dipping into dip.
