Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. dry bulgur wheat
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts with liquid
Preparation
    Saute onion and bulgur in butter until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
