Sausage-Bisquick Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. mild bulk sausage (sage flavored excellent)
    3/4 to 1 lb. grated sharp cheese (about 3 c.)
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Squeeze into little balls size of marbles. (Can be frozen.)
    Put on baking sheet in 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
    Turn once to bake evenly (not more than 30 minutes).
    Serve hot.
    May be served with a toothpick or not.
    Makes about 77 balls.
