Chili With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
    2 c. water
    1 can dark red kidney beans (undrained)
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (11 oz.) can vacuum packed corn, drained
    2 c. \"Minute\" original rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown meat on medium-high heat.
    Drain fat.
    Add seasoning mix to the meat.
    Stir in water, beans and tomato sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in corn.
    Return to boil.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Serve with shredded cheese and/or sour cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
