Honey Oatmeal Bread(Make With Kitchen Aid Mixer) - cooking recipe

5 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick oats
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. water
1 egg white

Preparation

Place 5 cups flour, oats, salt and yeast in a bowl. Attach dough hook. Turn to speed 2 and mix for 15 seconds. Combine honey, water and margarine or butter in saucepan.
Heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0. On speed 2, slowly add warm liquids to flour mixture.
Mix for about 1 minute. Add eggs and mix an additional 1 minute. Continuing on speed 2, add remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until dough clings to hook and cleans sides of bowl, about 3 minutes.
Knead on speed 2 for 2 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place in a
greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
