Skillet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients and 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
    Heat cooking oil in medium-size skillet, tilting to coat the sides. Press meat mixture into skillet evenly.
    Cover tightly and cook over low heat 30 to 40 minutes, until meat is done.
    Drain juices from meat into a saucepan and add remaining tomato sauce.
    Heat. Turn meat loaf onto a platter, cover with the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
