Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. drained tuna (water packed)
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/3 c. minced sweet pickle
    1/3 c. minced parsley
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    lettuce
Preparation
    Break tuna into large flakes.
    Mix tuna, celery, onion and parsley.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Serve on lettuce. Makes 8 servings.
