Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 qt. (15 c.) popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. butter (oleo)
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Put popped corn in a large shallow pan (cookie sheet).
    Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soda until foamy. Pour over popped corn and stir to coat. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
