Au Gratin Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. cooking oil
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 small onion
1 box au gratin potatoes
1 pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion in cooking oil for about 10 minutes. Add box of au gratin potatoes and cheese packet, along with hot water.
Cook about 15 minutes.
Add vegetables and cheese; cook until vegetables are tender.
