Johnny Knows It - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 large garlic clove
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can each: cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom and cream of tomato soup
    1 small can tomato puree
    1 large pkg. noodles
    1 c. sliced olives
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown first 4 ingredients in a large skillet; add soups and tomato puree.
    Cook noodles as directed; drain.
    Add to soup mixture. Pour into 2 baking dishes.
    Top with cheese and olives. Freezes good and is good leftover.
    Serve with garlic toast and salad.
