Swiss Venison Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless venison steak
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bacon drippings
2 large onions, sliced
2 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
2 carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim excess fat from venison.
Cut venison into serving sized pieces.
Pound venison to 1/4-inch thickness.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge venison in flour mixture.
