Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cut bite size
    1 medium onion, cooked in oil until tender
    6 c. water
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender.
    Melt margarine and add flour.
    Finally, add Velveeta and melt.
