Tangy Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans
    1 can wax beans
    1 can carrots
    1 can kidney beans
    celery
    green pepper
    pimento
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Drain juice from all cans.
    Prepare whatever amount of the celery, green pepper and pimento you wish to add.
    Cut onion in rings.
    Combine all.
    Heat sugar, vinegar, water and oil until it boils.
    Pour over the drained vegetable mixture and chill overnight.
