Jolloff Rice Of West Africa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. parboiled rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Jamaican pepper to taste
    1 tsp. salt to taste
    1 tin corned beef or fresh stew beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Make a stew with onion, corned beef, pepper, salt and oil. Add the parboiled rice into the pot of stew with all the ingredients.
    Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add water according to demand until the rice is well cooked, approximately 45 minutes. Serves 5 to 6 people.
