Ingredients
    1 leg quarter
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    fresh sliced mushrooms
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Take skin off. Boil chicken until it is no longer pink. Debone and add vegetables and a little water.
    Cook until tender. When almost done, add a dash of soy sauce.
