Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 small green onions
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften cheeses to room temperature.
    Add green onions and garlic salt.
    You can mix pecans in cheese ball or roll cheese ball in pecans.
    Chill 30 minutes.
