Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. spinach liquor
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 roll (3 oz.) jalapeno cheese
    1/2 roll(3 oz.) garlic cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, place both packages of spinach. Microwave on High for 15 minutes.
    Drain and set aside spinach liquor.
